Mastering Autodesk® Architectural Desktop
Paul F. Aubin, Autodesk Press
| 1Introduction | |
| A Primer Unfortunately we lost the original review on Paul's Aubin's "Mastering Autodesk Architectural Desktop 3-3.3" and have been unable to find a copy. His book is definitely good enough to warrant another review but time limitations make this difficult for us so below are just a few comments and observations about the book. |

| 2Body | |
| Practical
information for real work scenarios The most significant and enjoyable aspect of this book is that it comes at teaching Architectural Desktop from a unique perspective: in use. There are many books that discuss this feature and that feature but Paul Aubin's book actually gets into the trenches and looks at both commercial and residential project scenarios to teach techniques and concepts needed to produce Construction Documents. In this book you will find incredibly in-depth solutions for such things as invisible Wall Endcap Styles for splitting plans over multiple sheets and how to build custom Wall Styles for Demolition plans. |
