AutoCAD Architecture 2010
Content Browser Hotfix
Description of Problem
The installation of AutoCAD Architecture 2010 interferes with some operations of the Content Browser in previous releases. For example, dropping content directly from the Content Browser to the drawing window does not function in the 2009 release when 2010 has been installed.
Installation Instructions
To Install the Content Browser Hotfix for a 32-bit applicaiton.
You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft® Windows® operating system to complete the installation process.
This installation requires you to replace the following file:
- Close all AutoCAD-based applications.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared.
- Rename the affected original file.
- In the Autodesk Shared folder, right-click the AcInetEngineps18.dll file and rename it AcInetEngineps18.bak.
- Double click the file autocad_arch_content_browser_hotfix_32bit.zip.
- Extract the file to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared.

You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft® Windows® operating system to complete the installation process.
This installation requires you to replace the following file:
- Close all AutoCAD-based applications.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared.
- Rename the affected original file.
- In the Autodesk Shared folder, right-click the AcInetEngineps18.dll file and rename it AcInetEngineps18.bak.
- Double click the file autocad_arch_content_browser_hotfix_64bit.zip.
- Extract the file to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared.
